Chorleywood Common Youth FC - '100 club'

The 100 club aims to raise funds for the club and also provide the opportunity for participants to win cash prizes on a monthly basis.

Each month a draw is made from the members of the club and the lucky members drawn will win a cash prize. Each month the winners are published on the site.

Be sure to reserve you place in the next draw - follow the steps listed to the right. You have to be in it to win it!
 
How to join the '100 club'
complete the application form that can be downloaded from the following link:

Complete the form and return it, with your payment to the address specified on the form.
We will confirm your application and your member number. From this point on you'll be in our monthly draw with the chance to win one of our cash prizes!
